Place your hand on the top of the front door, then push the release lever to the left while slowly swing the front door open.
It will swing open, then off the machine. Once the door is released, the hopper will now be accessible to drop coins into. Note that the hopper cannot be removed from the machine as it is bolted into place near the cash box chassis. It will lock in place when the tab is released.
